A: No. Iattachments are streamed from us to the recipient. But in the process of creating the short film, the song is downloaded to the film maker who has successfully submitted an application so that it can be incorporated into the soundtrack of the film to be considered.

A: Yes. The song itself is not exclusive, and the film itself is not exclusive. But the combination of the song and film is exclusive to our library. The combined work may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. in a film festival) in order to drive traffic back to Iattachments.com.

3) Q: Are royalties guaranteed?

A: No. Royalties are pro- rated according to revenue of Iattachments.com and proportional viewing of the entire library. Safeguards are in place so that artists cannot artificially skew proportionality of their works. Royalties are calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

A: No. Applications and final films must be approved for visual and artistic execution. Songs must be approved for quality and applicability.

5) Q: Can there be more that one film for the same song?

A: Yes. And there can be more than one arrangement or genre of the same song.
